Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Neon Sparkle Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
- We know that your order arriving on time is important to you! The total shipping time will be the Processing time + Delivery time. The payment process requires a processing time of one week, excluding holidays and celebratory days.
- Once you have placed an order, this cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
- The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
- We may deliver your products in installments.
- Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the price of delivery is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, by choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 4 – 5 working days to process before they are shipped.
- Shipping Time: Shipping times are estimated to be between 7 – 14 days, but please note that these times are not guaranteed and can vary based on location and other factors.
Damaged Products During Shipment
- Policy for Damaged Products: In the unfortunate event that your product gets damaged during shipment, we will replace it with a new one. To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Along with your notification, please provide photos and videos clearly showing the damage to the product.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Neon Sparkle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
